Firm History
William E. Cullen and David K. Palmer have been in practice together since May, 1991, when their offices were located in the historic Mottman Building located at 101 Capitol Way North, in Olympia. In 1997, they moved to 626 Columbia St NW near the Port of Olympia. On January 1, 2000, Bill and David formed their partnership, Cullen Law Office LLP, which is now Cullen Palmer Law Office LLP. In 2003, they moved their offices to 606 Columbia NW Suite 104 where they now practice. Daniel W. Crowe joined them as an associate on July 1, 2008. The three continue their work for individuals, families and small businesses in the areas of real estate, business law and estate planning.
