FOR THOSE FAMILIAR WITH DOWNTOWN OLYMPIA
Travel on Columbia Street NW as if you were going to the Farmer’s Market. Our building will be on your right, across from Percival Landing, between Budd Bay Café and Anthony’s Home Port Restaurant. It is the four-story building with the condominiums on the top. The numbers 606 are in gold and fairly large over the entrance to the building. We are in Suite 104, the first door on the right when you enter the building.
FROM I-5
From the North: Take Exit 105A onto 14th Avenue (go through tunnel toward the Capitol building). At Capitol Way turn right (north), go north on Capitol Way. Turn left onto State Street and immediately right onto Columbia Street NW. Our office is on your left. If you miss the turn, just turn left on any of the next four streets. We are at the corner of Columbia Street NW and B Avenue NW.
From the South: Take Exit 105 onto 14th Avenue.
At Capitol Way turn right (north), go north on Capitol Way. At Capitol Way turn right (north), go north on Capitol Way. Turn left onto State Street and immediately right onto Columbia Street NW. PARKING
There are a few spaces directly across the street from us with two hours of free parking but they may not be available. Most of the parking in the area is metered and you will need change with you for the meters. We do not keep cash in the office.
Do not park in the lot behind the building. The parking is reserved for tenants and your vehicle may be towed.
